The Stake Relief Society recently delievered gifts to the Jamiyah Nursing Home and the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital for Christmas.
President Sister Cecilia Yow accompanied by her counselors and members presented 53 handmade heart-shaped pillows to the nursing home for use by dementia patients.
The sisters visited the children’s ward of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital on 28 November to deliver 756 beanies, 123 pencil cases, and 50 baby bibs.
The beanies project is the Stake Relief Society’s ongoing service project for the hospital’s premature babies, who are nicknamed as the hospital’s super heroes.
